4. Account Registration & Security
Each User is permitted to hold one Account on the Platform. The creation of multiple Accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and may result in permanent suspension of all associated Accounts and forfeiture of any balances held therein.

5. Terms of Use
By using the Platform you agree to the following terms of use:
- You will use the Platform for lawful, personal entertainment purposes only.

6. Prohibited Activities

- Opening multiple Accounts (including through family members or associated parties) to circumvent promotional restrictions.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not include the right to:
- Copy, reproduce, distribute or publicly display any content from the Platform without written authorisation.
- Use any q689 branding, trademarks or logos in any context outside the Platform.
- Create derivative works based on Platform content.

12. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, q689 and its officers, directors, employees, agents and licensors shall not be liable for:

13. Suspension & Termination
q689 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any Account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:
- Breach of any provision of these Terms.
- Provision of false, inaccurate or fraudulent registration information.
- Failure to pass KYC verification or to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe.
- Suspected involvement in money laundering, fraud or any other criminal activity.
- Engagement in prohibited activities as defined in Section 6.
- Identification of the User as being located in a Restricted Territory.
- At the User's own request (for responsible gambling or other personal reasons).
Upon Account closure for cause, q689 may withhold any balance in the Account pending investigation. Where closure results from a confirmed breach of these Terms, q689 reserves the right to forfeit any balance and winnings in the Account. Where closure is not caused by User breach, any verified real-money balance will be returned subject to completed KYC verification and standard withdrawal processing.
14. Amendments to These Terms

Nothing in this clause prevents you from seeking relief through courts of competent jurisdiction in your own country where you have a legal right to do so under applicable law.
